Confident that The Wedding & Event Shop has what it takes to grow its operations, and as the result of a company re-structure policy, investors have submitted a series of proposals for the capitalization, restructure, merger and expansion of the company, which are currently being evaluated.
The company continues its regular operations in a limited capacity and these are not being interrupted in any means. This is in addition of what is required under applicable laws. At The WES we keep working confidently and we will be keeping our service standards to its highest.
